Tanggungjawab

Location: Mercu 2, Kuala Lumpur (Work From Office)
Contract Duration: 12 Months

Working Schedule

  • 5 working days per week (including weekends)
  • Rotational shifts:

Shift A: 6:30AM – 4:00PM
Shift B: 9:30AM – 7:00PM
Shift C: 3:30PM – 1:00AM
Shift D: 12:30AM – 10:00AM

Training Period (First 2 Months):
Monday – Friday, 9:00AM – 6:30PM

Job Overview

We are looking for customer-focused individuals to provide support through multiple communication channels. You will assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via live chat, inbound/outbound calls, and email
  • Assist customers with product information, account-related inquiries, and transaction status checks
  • Follow SOPs and approved scripts when handling customer cases
  • Identify and escalate complex issues such as disputes, fraud concerns, account restrictions, and verification matters
  • Ensure proper ticket logging, categorization, and documentation before escalating cases to higher support teams
  • Meet productivity and service targets, including SLA and AHT requirements
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and data privacy standards

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in Customer Service or BPO environment is preferred
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Comfortable handling chats, calls, and emails
  • Able to follow structured SOPs and guidelines
  • Flexible to work rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
  • Willing to support ad-hoc schedule changes based on operational needs

Salary & Benefits

  • Basic Salary: RM2,500
  • KPI Incentive: Up to RM2,000 (Attendance + Performance)
  • Fixed Allowance: RM100
  • Shift Allowance: RM400 – RM500

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM5,150.00 per month
