Position : Administrative Assistant

Location: Jalan Tandang, 46050 Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia.

Industry: Consumer Health

Contract: 3 months via PERSOL

Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Salary: RM2,000 – RM2,500 (based on experience & skills)

Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide general administrative and coordination support. This is a great opportunity for fresh candidates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in a professional environment while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative and coordination support
  • Ensure high accuracy in data entry to minimize errors and corrections
  • Maintain data integrity, completeness, and compliance with internal data governance standards
  • Assist with documentation, filing, and general paperwork
  • Support day-to-day administrative operations
  • Perform any other ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn

  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Fluent in English
  • Prior administrative experience is an advantage (but not required)
