Senior Business Development

Salary: RM3,000 – RM4,000

Job Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities for security services
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key accounts
• Prepare quotations, proposals, tender submissions, and presentations
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and security needs assessments
• Negotiate contracts and follow up on leads, proposals, and renewals
• Work with operations to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience in business development, sales, or account management
• Experience in security services, facilities management, or B2B sales is preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Able to develop proposals, manage tenders, and close deals
• Independent, target-driven, and willing to meet clients regularly
• Possess own transport
