Job Description

• Manage and validate large volumes of user access and entitlement data for recertification activities.
• Review, analyze, and cleanse access data to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Perform pre-validation checks before data is uploaded into recertification platforms.
• Support quarterly access recertification campaigns across multiple business applications.
• Identify data inconsistencies, access anomalies, duplicate records, and entitlement issues.
• Prepare, maintain, and update certification datasets using Microsoft Excel.
• Ensure uploaded data meets required quality standards and audit requirements.
• Work closely with global stakeholders to resolve data discrepancies and certification issues.
• Assist with migration and validation activities involving legacy systems and SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ).

Job Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in Access Management, Identity & Access Management (IAM).
• Experience in Data Analysis, Data Quality Management, and IT Operations Support.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Data Validation.
• Able to manage and analyze large datasets containing hundreds or thousands of records.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• High level of attention to detail, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Ability to work effectively in a global environment and collaborate with cross-regional and multicultural teams.
• Open to Malaysian only.

Added Advantage

• Experience with Access Recertification or User Access Review (UAR) activities.
• Exposure to SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ).
• Experience supporting Identity & Access Management (IAM) environments.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
