Job Title: Structural Site Supervisor

Location: North Point Tower A, Mid Valley City, Kuala Lumpur
Employment Type: Full-Time (Work in Office)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Structural Site Supervisor who is responsible for overseeing and supervising all structural construction works on-site, ensuring that work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, project schedule, quality standards, and safety requirements

Key Responsibilities

1. Site Supervision & Monitoring

  • Supervise day-to-day structural construction activities at project sites.
  • Ensure all structural works are carried out according to approved construction drawings and specifications.
  • Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed within project timeline.
  • Coordinate site activities with contractors and subcontractors.

2. Quality Control

  • Inspect structural works including concrete works, reinforcement works, formwork, steel structure installation, and related construction activities.
  • Ensure workmanship meets required quality standards and project specifications.
  • Identify defects or non-compliance issues and coordinate corrective actions.

3. Coordination & Communication

  • Liaise with architects, engineers, consultants, suppliers, and contractors regarding site matters.
  • Attend site meetings and provide updates on structural work progress.
  • Coordinate with other trades to avoid clashes and delays.

4. Safety Compliance

  • Ensure all site activities comply with workplace safety regulations and site safety requirements.
  • Monitor contractor compliance with safety procedures and PPE requirements.
  • Report unsafe conditions or incidents immediately.

5. Documentation & Reporting

  • Prepare daily site reports and progress updates.
  • Record manpower deployment, material delivery, and work progress.
  • Maintain proper documentation of inspections, approvals, and site instructions.
  • Report project delays, technical issues, or material shortages to management.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years experience in structural construction supervision.
  • Strong understanding of structural drawings and construction methods.
  • Knowledge of reinforced concrete, steel structure works, and general construction practices.
  • Familiar with site safety regulations and quality control procedures.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage site issues effectively.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
