Overview:

We are seeking a highly meticulous and process-driven Learning Operations Specialist to join our Talent Development team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our learning initiatives, ensuring the seamless execution, administration, and delivery of training programs across the organization. If you are passionate about optimization, data accuracy, and creating a flawless learning experience for employees, we want you on board.


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the end-to-end administration of training programs, including scheduling, venue logistics, and learning material preparation.
  • Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring accurate data entry, course tracking, and user access.
  • Monitor, track, and report on training budgets, attendance records, and feedback metrics.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external training vendors to ensure smooth program delivery.
  • Identify and implement process automation opportunities within learning workflows to enhance efficiency and scalability.


System Administration & Data Management:

  • Maintain and update the LMS database with 100% accuracy for auditing and compliance tracking.
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc learning analytics reports for management review.


Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for external training providers, managing contracts and scheduling.
  • Provide logistical support and clear communication to internal subject matter experts and learners.


Skills & Experience We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 8–10 years of experience in HR operations, training coordination, or learning management system (LMS) administration.
  • Strong familiarity with learning operations strategy and a proven track record of implementing process automation.
  • High comfort level utilizing AI tools and digital technologies to optimize daily tasks and workflows.
  • Strong proficiency in data management and reporting tools (e.g., MS Excel, LMS platforms).
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple timelines simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset with high attention to detail.
