Full Time VP, Cyber Security - Data Protection Jobs, in Eames Consulting - Maukerja

Our client is looking for an experienced cybersecurity professional to join their Cybersecurity Engineering team. This role will focus on designing, implementing, and managing data protection solutions to safeguard sensitive information across the organisation.

You will work closely with technology and business stakeholders to strengthen security controls, support cloud security initiatives, and enhance the overall cybersecurity posture of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement enterprise data protection and security solutions.
• Manage and enhance technologies related to data security, encryption, access controls, and data loss prevention (DLP)
• Work with infrastructure, cloud, and application teams to ensure security requirements are embedded into technology platforms
• Evaluate new security technologies and support security projects from design through implementation
• Develop security standards, technical documentation, and operational processes
• Provide technical guidance on cybersecurity best practices and emerging threats
• Support the continuous improvement of the organisation's security capabilities

Requirements:

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, or security engineering
• Strong hands-on experience with data protection technologies such as DLP, encryption, data classification, and key management
• Experience working in cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Knowledge of scripting or programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#
• Understanding of security architecture, access controls, and cybersecurity best practice
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skill

• Experience within banking, financial services, or other regulated industries
• Exposure to cloud security, security operations, or security architecture
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP or CISM
