Full Time Material Controller Jobs, in Nation Gate Computing Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Job Purpose

Based on MRP, MPS, inventory, and supplier LT, execute material demand planning, shortage warnings, and supply plan confirmation.

Key Responsibilities

1.          Run MRP to analyze PRs, POs, inventory, open demand, open supply, and exception messages.

2.          Output shortage reports, pull-in/push-out/cancel suggestions, and track procurement fulfillment results.

3.          Maintain material parameter suggestions, including safety stock, MOQ, SPQ, LT, planner code, and ABC classification.

4.          Confirm the availability status of key work orders daily to proactively identify material risks for the next 2-8 weeks.

5.          Drive E&O/slow-moving reviews, providing attribution of responsibility and consumption plans.

KPI

1.          Stockout forecast accuracy ≥ 95%

2.          MRP anomaly closure rate ≥ 95%

3.          Material availability ≥ 98%

4.          Reduced oversupply risk

5.          Improved parameter accuracy

Requirements

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree preferred, majoring in Supply Chain, Logistics, Electrical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.

Work Experience: 3-5 years of experience in materials planning/material control.

Industry Experience: Familiar with electronic components, structural parts, packaging materials, and long-lead-time materials management.

Required Skills: Strong material logic, risk awareness, cross-departmental collaboration, and inventory management skills.

Main Collaborators: Planning, Purchasing, Engineering, Quality, Warehousing, Production, and Finance.

Systems: SAP/ERP/MRP; Excel pivot tables/VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP; Power BI knowledge; Analyst positions will prioritize candidates with basic SQL skills.
