JOB REQUIREMENT / RESPONSIBILITIES

Role:

• Responsibilities for the Maintenance and Repair work of Production Automation machines
• Meet Target set by Supervisor
• Identify and initiate actions to prevent occurrence and recurrence of machine breakdown.
• Work as a team with all departments to achieve Optimum Productivity.
• Ensure all products meet the standard cycle time and minimise machine down time.

Responsibilities:

• To carry out repair & maintenance tasks assigned by Superior.
• To record all repair & maintenance tasks on appropriate records.
• To provide support to ensure production machines & equipment’s is repaired timely.
• To attend to unforeseen machine breakdown during odd hour.
• To carry out Preventive Maintenance (PM) as scheduled.
• To support all Automation Integration.
• To recommend improvement to enhance Productivity & Yield.
• Compliance to all regulatory and in house system requirements especially for medical and automotive customers.
• Must prepare the automation documents, reports and records on daily basics.
• Additional duties may be assigned as needed by the Company or manager/supervisor

EDUCATION / ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION

• NTC in Engineering-related discipline, preferable in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Plastic technology

KEY REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND ABILITY

• Hand-on experience in Factory Automation.
• Experience in Plastic Injection Molding & PLC Programming is a plus point.

Pay: $2,200.00 - $2,800.00 per month
