Job Overview

Gobblin Club is a children's baking and enrichment provider offering baking classes, workshops, and hands-on learning experiences for kids and families. We are looking for a reliable Part-Time Outlet Support Assistant to help maintain our Downtown East outlet and support daily operations.

What You'll Be Doing

• Keep the outlet clean, tidy, and ready for daily operations.
• Set up classrooms and materials for upcoming weekend classes.
• Monitor stock levels of outlet supplies such as trash bags, wet wipes, and other essentials, and inform the team when replenishment is needed.
• Assist customers with DIY Baking Kit purchases.
• Answer basic enquiries about Gobblin Club and direct customers to our website or Sales Team when needed.
• Help with event or excursion preparations occasionally.
• Support other ad-hoc outlet duties as required.

Requirements

• Friendly and approachable personality.
• Able to work independently and take initiative.
• Responsible and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable interacting with customers.
• Prior retail, customer service, or operations experience is an advantage but not required.

Pay: Up to $1,200.00 per month
