As a Design Intern , you will collaborate with the Creative Studio to design, prototype, and bring ideas to life across both visual storytelling and digital experiences. You will gain hands-on experience in brand identity, interface design, animation, and marketing communications while also experimenting with emerging AI design tools. This internship provides the opportunity to work on live projects that shape how our brand connects with communities across campaigns, product experiences, and digital platforms.

Who We Are Looking For

• Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Design, Visual Communication, Interaction Design, Digital Media, or related studies.
• Strong visual sense with an eye for typography, layout, and brand identity systems.
• Familiarity with digital design basics — UI, UX, and responsive web design principles.
• Proficiency with design tools (e.g. Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar).
• Proficiency in print design and preparation of artwork into production-ready, printable formats.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and eager to learn within a collaborative team environment.
• Strong understanding of design thinking and principles.
• A digital native with a collaborative mindset, curious and unafraid to experiment, and eager to learn from others.
• Possesses excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate your ideas.
• Flexible and able to adapt working style based on the specific needs of projects.
• Bonus: Familiarity with emerging AI-driven creative tools for design, prototyping, or visual enhancements.
• Bonus: Familiarity with motion design and prototyping tools (ie Adobe Creative Suite, Figma prototype, Framer)

Day to Day Activities

• Design high-quality visual mock-ups for brand platforms, including editorial, marketing communications, campaigns, and other brand initiatives.
• Conceptualise ideas and execute visual directions in collaboration with designers and marketers, ensuring all outputs are on-brand and aligned with campaign objectives.
• Adapt creative assets at scale across campaigns, platforms, and brand initiatives to maintain consistency and quality.
• Assist with storyboarding for video and animation, focusing on visual storytelling that conveys the brand message and creative direction.
• Provide design support for digital interfaces and prototyping, applying best practices in responsive web design.
• Support the team in maintaining and evolving brand identity across visual design systems.
• Explore and experiment with AI creative tools for design generation, prototyping and animation.
• Contribute fresh creative perspectives during brainstorming and ideation sessions.
