Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new business leads to expand client base among overseas travel agents, event clients, and companies
• Develop and maintain positive long-term relationships with key clients to foster repeat business and referrals
• Prepare and customize proposals aligned with client needs and profitability guidelines to secure bookings
• Recommend and implement sales initiatives that increase visitation and achieve budget targets
• Collaborate with relevant teams to review and enhance product and service offerings regularly
• Update, document, and implement standard operating procedures for booking and sales processes to ensure consistency and efficiency
• Negotiate competitive rates, exclusive inclusions, and service level agreements in line with company strategy and policies
• Leverage existing business networks in hotels, airlines, and corporate sectors to support sales efforts
• Strong business network in hotels, airlines, or corporate sectors is advantageous
• Perform other ad hoc assignments and projects as required
