Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchasing / Procurement Executive to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing the company’s procurement activities, including supplier sourcing, purchase execution, inventory coordination, and cost control to ensure efficient operations and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end purchasing process, including supplier sourcing, quotation comparison, and procurement execution

• Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on pricing, quality, and reliability

• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to achieve cost efficiency and business objectives

• Manage Purchase Orders (PO) from creation through fulfillment and ensure timely delivery

• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships and conduct performance evaluations

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to prevent shortages or overstock situations

• Analyze market trends and purchasing data to recommend improvements and optimize procurement strategies

• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, regulations, and quality standards

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related disciplines preferred

• Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing, or supply chain operations

• Familiar with procurement processes, supplier management, and inventory control

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables) and ERP systems

• Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills

• Responsible, organized, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
