• Lead and grow multiple multidisciplinary software development teams
• Drive product development, sprint execution, releases, and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Europe and Malaysia to deliver high-impact solutions
• Own team performance, hiring, engagement, and capability development
• Ensure software quality across development, integration, testing, and performance
• Define and implement effective engineering processes, standards, and best practices
• Contribute to technical vision, architecture decisions, and long-term strategy
• Drive innovation and ensure alignment with business and technology goals
• This role is fully based in Ipoh

This = what you bring

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 10+ years in .NET development, with experience leading teams
• Strong in C#/.NET, JavaScript, and MS SQL Server
• Solid foundation in clean code, SOLID principles, and design best practices
• Experience with APIs, unit testing, code reviews, and CI/CD (Azure DevOps)
• Familiar with Agile/SCRUM ways of working
• Proven ability to lead teams, scale capabilities, and align tech with business goals
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
