Work Location: West
Working Arrangement: 5.5 days/week
Working Hours: 8AM - 5PM (Monday - Friday), 8AM - 12PM (Saturday)
Key Responsibilities
Provide secretarial and administrative support to Operations Department, such as Production, Warehouse, Testing and Logistics.
Ensure smooth running of the office operations.
Generate and issue test certificates.
Control manufacturers’ and third-party certificates.
Liaise with logistics division and sales personnel on certificate deliveries.
Ensure accuracy of all in-house test certificates prior to issuance.
Maintain filing of all certificates and paperwork in both hard and soft copies.
Generate Certificates of Conformance (COC) from suppliers’ websites.
Perform general document control activities.
Update all jobs in the Excel file based on timesheets provided by the Technical Service Department.
Key Requirements
1 to 2 years’ relevant working experience in a similar capacity
‘O’ Levels or equivalent
Proficient in MS Office applications
No experience welcome
