Join Our Marine Solutions Team!

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy coordinating with customers, suppliers, and logistics teams? We're looking for a proactive Sales Support Executive to play a key role in ensuring smooth order fulfillment and exceptional customer service.


In this role, you'll be involved in the complete order cycle from quotation preparation and order processing to shipment coordination and delivery support. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, we'd love to hear from you!


Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Order Management

  • Prepare quotations and follow up with customers to secure orders.
  • Process sales orders and monitor order progress from confirmation to delivery.
  • Support the sales team with administrative and coordination activities.


Logistics & Shipment Coordination

  • Handle customer shipping instructions and coordinate deliveries.
  • Prepare shipping and export documentation accurately and timely.
  • Ensure delivery commitments are met and shipments are executed smoothly.


Supplier & Customer Coordination

  • Liaise with suppliers on spare parts enquiries, quotations, and purchases.
  • Monitor supplier performance and delivery schedules.
  • Ensure customer requirements are met effectively and professionally.


Payment & Documentation

  • Track payment status and follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to orders and shipments.


Other Duties

  • Support ad-hoc assignments and projects as assigned by Management.


Requirements:

  • Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Higher Diploma / Graduate Diploma in any field.
  • Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Sales Support, Customer Service, Order Processing, Logistics, or Administrative roles.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience handling the full sales and purchasing cycle from order to delivery will be an added advantage.
