Job Description

G-COOL M&E PTE LTD is seeking a motivated and technically competent Systems Engineer (Computer) to support the company's IT infrastructure and digital operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining computer systems, network infrastructure, software applications, and providing technical support to internal users.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain company computer systems, servers, and network infrastructure.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, printers, and peripheral devices.
• Monitor system performance and ensure network security and data integrity.
• Provide technical support and training to staff on IT-related issues.
• Maintain backup and recovery procedures for business-critical data.
• Support cloud-based services, email systems, and collaboration platforms.
• Coordinate with vendors for procurement, maintenance, and system upgrades.
• Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures and IT policies.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and system inventories.
• Support digital transformation initiatives and business process automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems, networking, and computer hardware.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, cloud services, and cybersecurity practices.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of network administration and server management.
• Experience with database management and system integration.
• Familiarity with scripting or programming languages is an advantage.
• Understanding of IT support within engineering or construction environments will be beneficial.
