Job Summary

Lead and coordinate daily construction operations to ensure timely, budget-compliant project delivery while enforcing safety standards and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities to align with project plans and specifications
• Lead on-site construction teams to complete work on schedule and within budget
• Collaborate with project managers to schedule tasks, allocate resources, and monitor project progress
• Enforce strict adherence to safety guidelines to foster a safe working environment
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve construction issues promptly
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders to address concerns and provide project updates

Required competencies and certifications

• Possess a valid driving license to support site mobility
• Hold a Building Construction Supervisor Safety Course certification to ensure compliance with safety regulations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in construction supervision
• Willingness to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays
• Willingness to work on a shift basis, including night and day shifts
