Tanggungjawab

Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as data entry, document filing, and records management
  • Coordinate interview schedules and liaise with candidates to confirm appointments and follow-up actions
  • Keep internal databases and the CRM system updated with recruitment records
  • Compile reports, documents, and presentation slides for management review
  • Support the creation of job postings and basic marketing collateral, including social media posters, EDMs, and QR code links
  • Refresh social media content to reflect ongoing recruitment activities and company branding
  • Manage email correspondence and respond to routine enquiries in a timely manner
  • Organise and maintain physical and digital filing systems for easy retrieval
  • Track recruitment progress and update relevant stakeholders on candidate status
  • Extend additional administrative, operational, or marketing assistance as required

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE O-Level or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfortable working with database or CRM systems
  • Familiarity with basic design or marketing tools such as Canva is advantageous
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask
  • Able to work independently
