Salary: Basic up to $3,200 + Night shift allowance $9/day + AWS
Job Description
- Lead and manage warehouse team in daily operations
- Update warehouse management system daily and ensure accuracy
- Coordinate weekly cycle counts and monthly inventory counts
- Compile monthly billing for customers and finance department
- Respond to customer enquiries and fulfill customer requirements
- Ensure workplace safety and health compliance at all times
- Maintain ISO quality standards and integrated management systems
- Review operational processes and implement improvements
- Support business quotations and cost analysis
- Prepare accurate reports and documentation on time
Requirements
- Diploma qualification required
- Minimum 3 years warehouse experience
- Valid forklift license and able to operate VNA/stacker equipment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems
- Able to work rotating shifts
