Location: Floating location (Islandwide)

Salary: $2500 - 4500

Job Description

• Support the Operations Manager/ Superior and other cleaning supervisors in all duties of the cleaning operation. Assist the Operations Manager/superior to coordinate, scheduling, and supervise cleaning site staff.
• Responsible to inspect job sites for proper cleaning and inventory cleaning supplies.
• To attend to clients’ complaints promptly.
• To resolve problems efficiently without unnecessary delay.
• To be involved in the appointment of Supervisors and Cleaners
• Train, instruct, and supervise the work of Supervisors and Cleaners
• Ensure all works carried out by Supervisor and Cleaners as set out in their Job Descriptions are completed with due observation to appropriate Health & Safety requirements
• Able to be hands-on when the situation requires and any other responsibility as assigned by superiors.
• Distribute advance and monthly salary to employees.

• Willing to travel islandwide ( according to project assignment)
• Willing to work night shift/ rotating shift/weekend
• Willing to work outdoor (some projects might included outdoor environment)
