Job Responsibilities

  • Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and walk-in customers.
  • Process sales orders, quotations, invoices, and related documents.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and filing systems.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and administrative duties.
  • Follow up on customer requests, payments, and outstanding matters.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team and management.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in customer service and administrative support.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently.
  • Strong team player with the ability to work cohesively with team members.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
