We are seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to spearhead our technical initiatives.
In this role, you will lead high-performing, multi-disciplinary engineering teams to build, scale, and deliver robust software solutions.
You will act as the crucial link between product strategy, business stakeholders, and technical execution, mitigating technical risks and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Delivery & Execution Own the end-to-end project delivery lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure. Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) and manage backlogs and release pipelines. Track delivery metrics, such as velocity, burn-down charts, sprint goals, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
2. Technical Leadership Review and approve architectural decisions, technology stacks, and technical specifications. Identify and mitigate technical risks, remove blockers, and resolve cross-team system dependencies. Ensure delivered features meet stringent security, data privacy, and compliance standards.
3. Stakeholder & Client Management Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients and business leadership, translating business needs into actionable technical delivery plans. Manage change requests, expectations, and third-party vendor relationships efficiently.
4. Team Leadership & Talent Development Mentor, coach, and manage the performance of engineering teams (developers, QA, DevOps, and architects).Plan capacity, identify skill gaps, and collaborate with HR to build and retain technical talent. Qualifications & Requirements
