  Key Responsibilities

Live Streaming

• Conduct live streaming as a Host on TikTok , introducing, promoting, and demonstrating products during live sessions
• Interact and engage with online audiences and answer enquiries during live streaming, and proactively encourage online audiences to make online purchases
• Host sessions of 3–4 hours per day, maintaining energy and enthusiasm throughout
• Follow live content direction and script provided, and present and explain products clearly within HOMA2u expectation

Product Presentation

• Showcase tiles, bathroom fittings, building materials and renovation packages clearly and attractively
• Highlight product features, benefits, pricing, and ongoing promotions
• Provide clear, informative, and persuasive descriptions to help customers make buying decisions Indeed
• Demonstrate product use cases — e.g., how tiles look in a bathroom, how materials are installed

Audience Engagement

• Engage with the audience in real-time, responding to comments, questions, and feedback and building engagement and community around the brand Indeed
• Encourage viewers to follow, interact, and make purchases during the live Indeed
• Run live promotions, flash deals, giveaways, and countdowns to boost conversions

Performance & Reporting

• Track and analyse live performance data to improve future sessions
• Monitor viewer count, sales conversion, and engagement metrics per session
• Coordinate with the marketing team on upcoming campaigns, promotions, and scripts

Setup & Coordination

• Manage technical aspects of live streaming, including setup, and equipment.
• Ensure lighting, camera, microphone, and internet are set up properly before each session
• Prepare and arrange products for display before going live
