Job Description
Industry/ Organization Type: General Wholesale Trade
Position Title: Accounts Executive
Working Location: West
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am – 6:15pm
Salary Package: Basic up to $3,500 + AWS + Performance Bonus
Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
Prepare monthly bank reconciliations, financial reports, and month-end closing.
Monitor and maintain the company's cash flow.
Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documentation.
Perform other ad hoc accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

Minimum 2 years of experience handling AP and AR.
Experience in full set accounts is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
Able to start work immediately is an advantage.
