ABOUT THE ROLE - This is the operational backbone of the business—a part-time role built around weekday mornings. You keep the engine running: customers looked after, orders out the door, the showroom sales-ready, stock under control, and the website accurate. If you enjoy order, checklists, and the satisfaction of nothing slipping through the cracks, this is for you.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Customer Service & Responsiveness: Front-line owner of our customer and team inboxes, Handle refunds, exchanges, and our sold-out protocol consistently.
Logistics & Fulfilment: Run the daily shipping routine; all air waybills (AWBs). Coordinate with our 3PL and couriers to ensure international shipments are processed without surprise duties. Track international deliveries and escalate issues immediately.
Stock & Showroom: Keep the office and showroom in customer-ready condition at all times. Organise, label, and track stock; prepare a weekly stock report.
Website & Shopify: Maintain the Shopify storefront (listings, pricing, inventory accuracy.
Stockists: Manage stockist inventory levels, ensuring they are adequately stocked, and assist with timely fulfilment for new deliveries.
Pop-ups: Manage inventory levels at events, prep and pack stock for pop-ups, and keep daily orders shipping as normal while they're running. Hours flex up around pop-up periods.
WHO YOU ARE
Organised: You work from systems and checklists; nothing falls through the cracks.
Reliable: When you commit to a deadline, it happens. If something changes, you flag it early.
Clear Communicator: Prompt and professional with customers, partners, and teammates.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with Shopify, spreadsheets, and shipping tools (or a fast learner).
Experience: 1–3 years in operations, logistics, e-commerce, or customer service. Fashion or retail experience is a plus.
