Kerja Sepenuh Masa Sales Representative, Gaji tinggi MYR 3,500 di MEDI TRUMP SDN BHD Johor - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Promotion:

• Promote and sell assigned medical devices/products to hospitals, surgeons, and healthcare professionals.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through account development and new customer acquisition.

• Conduct product presentations, workshops, and in-service training.

Operating Theater Case Support:

• Attend surgical procedures to provide technical support to surgeons and operating room staff.

• Ensure proper use of medical devices and troubleshoot any issues during live procedures.

• Act as a product expert and clinical resource in the OT.

Account Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, nurses, procurement, and other stakeholders.

• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products.

• Gather feedback and insights from the field to support product development and marketing strategy.

Administrative & Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and case reports.

• Submit timely reports on sales performance and market trends.

Qualifications:

• Background in physiotherapy or related healthcare field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven sales experience, preferably in healthcare or medical sales.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
