• Location : Le Master Cafe, 81, Jalan 2/90, Taman Pertama (Cheras), 56100 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the café.
• Supervise, train, and motivate café staff to deliver excellent customer service.
• Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance.
• Monitor food and beverage quality to ensure consistency and customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate ordering of supplies.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.
• Control operational costs and maintain profitability.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
• Coordinate promotional activities and marketing initiatives.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming café environment
