• Supervise daily meat processing operations, including cutting, trimming, deboning and portioning of meat products.
• Plan and assign daily tasks to production staff to ensure production targets are achieved.
• Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
• Train and supervise staff on proper meat processing techniques and workplace safety.
• Conduct routine inspections of processing equipment and work areas.
• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished products.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth production operations.
• Maintain accurate production records and report operational issues to management.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in meat processing or butchery operations.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a meat processing or food manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of meat cutting, deboning, trimming and portioning techniques.
• Familiar with food safety, hygiene practices and HACCP standards.
• Able to work in a chilled environment and handle physically demanding tasks.
• Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when required.
