Position: Business Development Intern

Location: Kuala Lumpur
Duration: 3 - 6 Months
Allowance: RM 800 – RM 1,000

Work with an amazing team! We are hiring a Business Development Intern to support our client acquisition and sales activities within the recruitment industry.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential companies that may require recruitment and staffing services
• Support the Business Development team in client outreach via email, LinkedIn, and calls (guided)
• Assist in preparing lead lists, follow-up trackers, and client databases
• Coordinate and update client information for accurate reporting and pipeline tracking
• Support the team in preparing proposals, pitch decks, and presentations for potential clients
• Conduct basic market research to understand hiring trends and industry opportunities
• Provide general sales and business development support to the KL team

Requirements

• Good communication and writing skills in English
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Communication, Management, or related fields
• Interest in sales, business development, or recruitment industry
• Strong interpersonal skills and able to communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders
• Well-organised, proactive, and willing to learn

Pay: RM700.00 - RM800.00 per month
