Job Summary

Responsible for supporting daily kitchen and restaurant operations to ensure efficient food preparation, quality service, and compliance with food safety standards. Prepares ingredients and menu items according to established recipes and procedures while maintaining cleanliness, organization, and inventory control. Collaborates with kitchen and service teams to deliver a positive dining experience, assists with stock management, and contributes to smooth operational workflows. Demonstrates strong teamwork, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and customer satisfaction.

Job Description

• Ensure ingredients and final products are fresh.
• Follow recipes accurately, including measuring, weighing, and mixing ingredients.
• Prepare and cook food using various methods such as grilling, baking, steaming, and boiling.
• Plate, garnish, and present dishes according to company standards.
• Handle and store ingredients and food.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Perform opening and closing duties to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Work closely with team members to deliver food efficiently and maintain service quality.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
