Tanggungjawab
- To update F&B information during morning briefing.
- To prepare and submit daily sales report.
- To prepare daily forecast banquet hall booking with Sales persons.
- To arrange staffing and preparing the time schedule.
- To assist in up selling all banquet facilities and coffee house promotions.
- To final check with Sales Personnel for the actual arrangement and programmed required the event order distributed.
- To ensure all event orders are maintained up to date of functions and information delivered to the respective departmental head.
- To update monthly inventory report for new and damaged items-F&B Inventory.
- To liaise directly with the organizer for all in house function.
- To assist to collect deposit and full payment on or before function, if any.
- To submit part time request and claims to the Management for approval and payment.
- To update Beverage Inventory for function and Coffee House.
- To assist update and key in all items and pricing in F&B system.
- To assist in Coffee House/Banquet during peak hours.
- To maintain inter-personal relationship with other departments.
- To liaise closely with all F&B Personnel on the requirements of the functions before events starting.
- To perform any other additional duties and responsibilities when requested by the Management.
Pay: RM1,453.33 - RM1,500.00 per month
