Tanggungjawab
JOB RESPONSIBILITY
1) Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
2) Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
3) Communicating with customers through various channels. Follow up and attend to feedback
4) Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
5) Knowing the parking products/services and understand all parking Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to facilitate answering questions/complaints.
6) Processing orders, forms, and applications regarding parking requests.
7) Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
8) Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
9) Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
10) Any other duties as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1) Minimum of SPM level qualification/O Level, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in PR/Communication/Marketing or related fields.
2) Familiar and understands the operations of all parking-related equipment at the car park is an added advantage.
3) Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (Power point, Excel, Words)
