Hiring: Workato Developer / Support Engineer
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Mode: Onsite
Employment: 1-Year Contract
Experience: 4–8 Years
We are looking for an experienced Workato Developer / Support Engineer to design, develop, and support enterprise integration and automation solutions using the Workato platform.
Design, develop, and implement integration and automation solutions using Workato
Build and maintain Workato recipes to support business processes and system integrations
Integrate enterprise applications such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, Workday, SAP, and other systems using Workato connectors and APIs
Develop and optimize workflows to ensure reliable and efficient data exchange across systems
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather and understand integration requirements
Translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions and Workato recipes
Configure and customize connectors, APIs, databases, and third-party applications
Implement error handling, logging, monitoring, and retry mechanisms within integrations
Troubleshoot integration issues and support incident resolution activities
Ensure data security, compliance, and adherence to integration standards and best practices
Provide ongoing support for deployed integrations, including on-call support when required
Identify opportunities to improve existing integrations and automation workflows
Required Skills
• Strong hands-on experience with Workato
• Experience integrating enterprise applications, APIs, and databases
• Solid understanding of integration architecture, automation, and data synchronization
• Experience with troubleshooting, monitoring, and support of integration solutions
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
Good to Have
• Exposure to Workato Enterprise Architecture frameworks/tools
• TTH industry experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Knowledge of integration security best practices
