Penerangan Kerja

Tanggungjawab

  • Registration of customers' details & Vehicle's details into System
  • Issue job cards (input mileage)
  • Arrange & confirm appointments with customers
  • Send reminder text to each customer on the working day before (off day)
  • Respond to customer queries (simple quotation, email, FB enquiries)
  • Call & Text customers for car pick up, send them to invoice
  • Assist SA/Manager to issue an invoice,
  • Send invoices to customers via WA or email
  • Collect Payment and update the system with respective mode of payment
  • To update Warranty List and send to Managers weekly
  • Create CN, invoices (when needed)
  • Take pictures to send to customers, upon request (when needed)
  • Keep track of Car Group buy/lucky draw or any other promotion
  • Update customer contacts from system to company phone
  • Issue SOA to credit customer
  • Manage AR and send weekly AR reports to Managers
  • Motor accident reporting
  • Update leave & MC Form and forward to HR/Accounts (monthly)
  • Update OT Form and forward to HR/Accounts (monthly)
  • Support PO processes
