Job Description

  • Assisting in Administration works and Directors.
  • Handling, replying Correspondences and maintaining proper Filing of documentation.
  • Ordering supplies and updating inventory list of office Stationery and Toiletries.
  • Ordering supplies and updating of inventory list of Assets and Asset Tagging.
  • Preparation and submission of Tender documents.
  • Upkeep of Cleanliness, Maintenance and Organizing of office including monitoring and liaising with office cleaning services.
  • Ordering and updating inventory for company Uniforms to ensure sufficient stocks for employees.
  • Liaising and obtaining quotation with Insurance Agencies for Professional Indemnity Insurance (PII), Medical Insurance, Hospitalization Insurance (when necessary). Keep track and monitoring expiration of all Insurance.
  • Preparation and keeping track and monitoring expiration of contracts and deadlines. Travel to LHDN for submission process of Stamping of contracts.
  • Answering of incoming phone calls and directing to the respective departments or person in charge.
  • Preparation and creating festive e-greetings to clients and sites.
  • Liaising, corresponding and follow-up with Board of Valuers (BOVAEP)/LPPEH.
  • Liaising with site staff, compiling data from sites such as updated List of Service Providers and reminders of site monthly report submission.
  • Keep track and monitoring renewal and expiration of business licence, firm registration cert, property managers cert.
  • Keep track and monitoring of renewal and expiration of server host/domain for company website.
  • Liaising with Vendors such as photocopier, TM Unifi, office landlord, stationery, office furniture’s, equipment, etc (when necessary). Sourcing of vendors and obtaining quotations.
  • Setting up of proper Office Administration Dept on process n system. Create SOP and process flow chart for effectiveness and efficiency of the Dept.
  • Accessing HQ email and take necessary action such as replying and housekeeping/ archiving emails.

Job Types: Full-time, Apprenticeship

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
