Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive

Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive to manage and grow customer accounts across Central and Northern Malaysia. This is a remote-based field sales role, responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring smooth coordination between customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop customer accounts within the assigned territory (Central & Northern Malaysia).
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence.
- Conduct regular customer visits to strengthen relationships and understand market needs.
- Prepare sales quotations, proposals, and follow up on customer orders.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and quality teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Monitor sales performance, customer demand, and market trends.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and updates for management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Food Science, or related field.
- Sales Executive: Minimum 2–3 years sales experience.
- Senior Sales Executive: Minimum 5 years sales experience, preferably managing key accounts.
- Experience in food ingredients, oleochemical, chemicals, or manufacturing industry is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Willing to travel frequently within Malaysia and Singapore.
- Able to work independently in a remote-based environment.
