Tanggungjawab

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum one (1) year of working experience in procurement or supply chain environment.
  • Experience in manufacturing industry is an added advantage.
  • Exposure to ERP/MRP/QAD systems is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform ERP/MRP/QAD transactions related to purchasing activities (e.g., PR conversion to PO, PO generation, price list and template maintenance).
  • Monitor and track Purchase Requisitions (PR) to Purchase Order (PO) issuance and supplier acknowledgment.
  • Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery in accordance with required schedule.
  • Maintain proper purchasing records and documentation.
  • Ensure procurement activities comply with Department and Company Procedures and Policies.
  • Provide daily administrative support to ensure smooth department operations.
  • Manage filing and documentation control for procurement records.
  • Support meeting arrangements, minutes preparation (if required), and visitor coordination.
  • Participate in departmental continuous improvement initiatives.
