- Supervise and manage construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.

- Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of work.

- Monitor site progress, quality of work, and adherence to project schedules.

- Prepare and maintain site report, progress updates, and documentation.

- Ensure health and safety regulations are strictly followed on-site.

- Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges during construction.

- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to maintain high standards.

- Manage materials, equipment, and workforce to optimise efficiency.

- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and regulatory authorities as needed.

- Handle any site-related conflicts or disputes efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
