Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Revit Drafter to join our HVAC project team. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing accurate BIM models, construction drawings, shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings for HVAC projects. The role requires strong proficiency in both AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit, with the ability to coordinate closely with engineers, project teams, consultants, and site personnel to ensure smooth project execution.

Candidates with experience in 3D modelling, BIM coordination, and Navisworks will have an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and update HVAC shop drawings, coordination drawings, construction drawings, and as-built drawings using Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
• Develop and maintain accurate BIM models based on project requirements, specifications, and engineering designs.
• Produce HVAC ducting layouts, piping layouts, equipment arrangements, schematic diagrams, and installation details.
• Coordinate drawing information with Project Engineers, Consultants, Architects, Structural Engineers, and other M&E disciplines.
• Review project drawings and identify potential design conflicts or discrepancies.
• Revise and update drawings promptly based on site conditions, consultant comments, and project requirements.
• Generate drawing submissions, material take-offs, and project documentation when required.
• Assist in preparing tender drawings, technical drawings, and project-related documentation.
• Support project teams during design development, construction, and project close-out stages.
• Maintain proper filing and version control of drawings and project documents.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and assist in resolving coordination issues.
• Assist site teams in preparing record drawings and final as-built submissions.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
