JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for maintaining the Company's IT infrastructure, providing technical support to users, ensuring system availability, and assisting in the implementation of IT policies and security measures to support business operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

· Provide daily IT support to employees for hardware, software, network, email, and system-related issues.

· Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, servers, and other IT equipment.

· Manage user accounts, email accounts, and access rights.

· Monitor and maintain network performance, internet connectivity, and data backup processes.

· Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system issues in a timely manner.

· Coordinate with external vendors for IT maintenance, system upgrades, and equipment procurement.

· Ensure compliance with IT security policies and implement preventive measures against cybersecurity risks.

· Maintain IT asset records and software license inventories.

· Conduct basic IT training and guidance for employees when required.

· Prepare and maintain IT-related documentation, reports, and procedures.

· Assist in IT projects, digitalization initiatives, and continuous improvement activities.

· Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned by Management.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:

· Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science or equivalent.

· Fresh graduates or candidates with 1-3 years of relevant working experience are encouraged to apply.

· Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows operating systems, networking, and basic cybersecurity practices.

· Possess excellent analytical, structuring and problem solving skills – especially in identifying issues, root cause, resolution alternatives, rationale and recommendation.

· Good organizational, verbal and written communication skills; and in-depth knowledge of project planning and delivery methodologies.

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
