JOB PURPOSE

This position is responsible for managing application subscriptions, coordinating IT operations for the Security team, processing documentation and Purchase Requisitions via SAP, and providing administrative support to the department's leadership.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Ensure timely payment of all software application subscriptions before their respective due dates.
• Act as the primary point of contact (PIC) for application subscription vendors and manage vendor relationships.
• Oversee and coordinate IT operations for the Security team.
• Prepare, process, and manage documentation including Management Papers, Project Papers, and other related documents.
• Utilize the SAP system to raise Purchase Requisitions (PR) for team application subscriptions, events, projects, and other operational requirements.
• Assist the Senior Executive, Assistant Manager, Manager, and Head of Department (HOD) with assigned tasks, including information gathering for Security Risk Assessments (maritime) and other related matters.
• Handle general administrative tasks and coordination to support the team's daily operations.
