Job Responsibilities :

• To provide assistance to tenants in the event of a breakdown.
• To check and ensure BAS is functioning and report to Superior when not in order.
• To assist Chargeman on daily work.
• Trouble shooting, maintain and preventive maintenance on all power equipment, electrical equipment, field instruments, PLC, CMS, BMS system.
• To monitor and ensure contractors work according to the Management's requirement.
• To run through daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly checklist.
• Scheduling with tenants to gain access for repair work.
• Perform routing inspection of property to check for maintenance problem and to verify that tenant is in compliance with rental agreement.
• Read complex blueprints, piping, sketches, schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Order equipment and parts through the administrator using purchase orders for goods and services necessary for the continued operations as approved by the Board.
• Schedule complete regular maintenance, servicing and repair of plant and equipment in connection with these duties.
• Power consumption monitoring and efficiency improvement.
• Any other task as assigned by the Management.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications: At least SPM or a Certificate in M&E or possess diploma in technical skills (M&E, Electrical).

Experience: At least 2 years working experience in a similar role with basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic and other systems, knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods, working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices.

Technical Skills:

• Good in both written and spoken in Bahasa Malaysia and/or English.
• Multi-tasking, proactive and sense of urgency.
• Work independently and able to meet the tight deadlines in challenging environment.
• Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time
