Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Process Engineer – AOI di UTAC - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Overall Automated Optical Inspection Recipe creation for all NPI, Inline process requirement
• Line defect analysis and feedback to Process, NPI, EE and Manufacturing
• Analysis and enforce yield investigation report with procedure to shut down affected low yield tools
• Drive cross functional team in yield improvement (CIP)
• Monitor Yield and generate weekly report for customer yield & CIP report
• Update and review spec
• Perform MSA on Metrology tools (Include Bump Shear , Pull , Xray , probe tools and XRF tools)
• Analysis on SPC charts for bump characteristics
• Enforce in the production line correct processing based on SOP's and working instructions
• Production line support for AOI and Metrology related issues
• Conduct spec’s gap analysis and implementation (CCR, if needed)

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field
• 2 years’ work experience in AOI (Visual Inspection)
• Experienced in semiconductor manufacturing cleanroom environment
• Good knowledge in SPC, MSA, FMEA
