Senior AI Solutions Engineer

We're looking for a hands-on Senior AI Solutions engineer who enjoys building production-ready systems, working directly with customers, and turning AI opportunities into deployed solutions.

What You'll Do

• Design and deploy AI and agentic systems for enterprise use cases
• Build integrations, APIs, and data pipelines
• Evaluate, optimise, and monitor AI system performance in production
• Work closely with customers to identify opportunities and deliver AI solutions
• Contribute to AI architecture, security, and deployment best practices
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Minimally 3+ years of software engineering or AI engineering experience
• Strong Python skills
• Experience building and deploying AI products or agentic systems
• Familiarity with RAG, MCP, agent orchestration, and modern AI tooling
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Strong system design and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders
  
  

Nice to Have

• Experience with enterprise AI deployments
• Knowledge of AI observability, evaluation, and monitoring
• Familiarity with TypeScript, SQL, Java, or Go
• Exposure to PyTorch, TensorFlow, or other ML frameworks
