Tanggungjawab

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Source and procure raw materials, chemicals, production materials, and maintenance supplies to support operations
  • Liaise with approved suppliers and identify alternative sources when necessary
  • Manage the full procurement cycle, including sourcing, price negotiation, issuance of Purchase Orders (PO), delivery coordination, goods receipt, and invoice verification
  • Monitor delivery schedules to ensure timely supply and support production requirements
  • Maintain accurate purchasing records, documentation, and supplier database
  • Coordinate with Production, QA, Account and other departments on material planning and operational needs
  • Prepare customer quotations, including costing and pricing
  • Ensure accuracy and timely submission of quotation documents.
  • Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, ISO standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain proper documentation for audits and internal controls
  • Provide administrative and coordination support related to purchasing, operations, admin and management.
  • Undertake ad hoc assignments and special projects as assigned by Management.

ACADEMIC , SKILL & EXPERIENCE :

· Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, or a related field

· Good command of English.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook)

· Minimum 3–5 years of working experience in purchasing, procurement, or administrative roles (preferably in manufacturing or industrial environment)

· Strong negotiation and vendor management skills

· Good analytical and costing skills with attention to detail and able to multitask under tight deadlines.

· Good communication, and interpersonal skills for cross-department coordination.

· Maintains a positive attitude, works independently, and effectively manages tasks with minimal supervision.

Pay: RM3,400.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
