Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support & Coordination

  • Provide daily administrative support to operations and management teams
  • Handle documentation, filing, and data entry accurately
  • Assist in preparing letters, reports, and internal documents
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (email, WhatsApp, calls)
  • Helping during tendering process, assisting administrative manager.

Records & Documentation Management

  • Maintain organised records for contracts, forms, and office documents
  • Ensure proper filing and document control practices
  • Assist in updating internal databases and administrative records

Office Operations Support

  • Coordinate basic office arrangements, schedules, and meetings
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
