Sepenuh Masa Warehouse Assistant Jobs, salary up to MYR 2,500 in Metronic Engineering Sdn Bhd Selayang - Maukerja

• To prepare GRN and ensure proper recording of GRN issued.
• To do filing, faxing, typing and other clerical work.
• To assist in liasing with Forwarding Companies and Customs Department on incoming shipment.
• Receive & check all the incoming goods and reconciles with Purchase Order and stored at appropriate storage and location.
• Prepare GRN into system with proper recording and forward the related documents to Purchasing Department.
• Coordinate with respective department on incoming materials.
• Prepare delivery Order upon receiving the approved stock request list.
• Coordinate with Forwarding Companies and Custom Department on incoming shipment from overseas.
• Arrange transport for incoming and outgoing delivery if any.
• Arrange of faulty goods under warranty for local / overseas with documentation i.e. delivery order, proforma invoice etc.
• Stock checking on random stock item.
• Prepare Stock Check Listing and conduct stock count exercise yearly together with the External Auditor.
• File all the relevant documents comply to ISO requirement.
• Maintain the store area in a neat and orderly manner.
• Any other duties assigned by superior from time to time.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Education:

• Malaysian Special Skills Certificate (Preferred)

Experience:

• warehouse / logistic: 1 year (Preferred)
