You will support Easy Europe in improving our website, digital systems, and internal AI automation. This is a hands-on internship for someone who enjoys technology, websites, AI tools, problem-solving, and building practical solutions that help the team work better.

You will work on real business needs — from website updates and landing pages to AI workflows, automation, simple internal tools, and digital improvements that support marketing, sales, operations, and customer experience.

This role is suitable for someone who is curious, fast-learning, and willing to experiment with new tools.

What You’ll Own

• Assist in updating and improving the company website
• Support the creation of landing pages for tours, campaigns, and lead generation
• Help improve website layout, user experience, speed, and mobile responsiveness
• Use AI tools to support content creation, research, automation, and workflow improvement
• Assist in building simple automations to reduce manual work for the team
• Support integration between website forms, CRM, spreadsheets, email, WhatsApp, or other internal tools
• Test and troubleshoot website issues, broken links, forms, and user journey problems
• Help document digital workflows, SOPs, and simple guides for the team
• Explore new AI tools that can improve productivity across departments
• Support marketing and sales teams with basic technical setup for campaigns

Skills We’re Looking For

• Basic knowledge of website development or web design
• Familiar with HTML, CSS, WordPress, Webflow, Wix, or similar platforms
• Basic understanding of JavaScript is an advantage
• Interested in AI tools such as ChatGPT, automation tools, no-code tools, or workflow builders
• Comfortable using Google Sheets, Google Forms or similar tools
• Good attention to detail
• Able to troubleshoot and solve problems independently
• Willing to learn new tools quickly
• Able to communicate clearly with non-technical team members
