Internship (Program Department) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 1,700 in Waveplus Johor - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring project schedules and ensuring project milestones are achieved.
• Support Program Managers in coordinating activities between customers and internal departments.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and meeting minutes.
• Update project status trackers and follow up on action items.
• Assist in handling customer inquiries and requests under supervision.
• Support new product introduction (NPI) and product transfer activities.
• Collect and analyze project-related data for reporting purposes.
• Participate in project meetings and provide administrative support.
• Maintain accurate records and filing systems for customer programs.
• Perform other duties and assignments as delegated by the supervisor.

3. Job Authority

• Access and update project-related records and documents as assigned.
• Communicate with internal departments regarding project updates under supervision.
• Escalate project issues, delays, or concerns to the Program Manager.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance project coordination and efficiency.

4. Job RequirementsEducation

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in:
• Business Administration
• Project Management
• Engineering
• Supply Chain Management
• Manufacturing Management
• Or related fields

Experience

• No prior work experience required.
• Internship duration of at least 3 months is preferred.

Pay: RM1,700.00 per month
